2. Full change list

+
  1. Split screen fixes — Added URL location handling, improved refresh and resize behavior, resolved iframe CSP interactions and close-window edge cases.
  2. UI bug fixes — Fixed inconsistencies and bugs across the colour list, color overview, conversion tools, contrast panels, the CIE gamut graph, dropdowns, scroll behavior, and other pages.
  3. Search issues — Fixed indexing and query handling regressions that affected search results and filters.
  4. JavaScript fixes — Addressed `color-overview` JS errors that caused rendering failures and console exceptions.
  5. CSP rules — Hardened content-security-policy headers and updated allowed sources for safe iframe usage and analytics while reducing unsafe-inline exposure.
  6. New tools — Added Ishihara plate generator and Material Lighting experimental lab to the tools collection.
  7. Changelog entry — Added this release entry to the changelog feed and index.
  8. Kit/menu-kit & kit/status-kit — Fixed UI layout and interaction issues in both kits for consistent behaviour across breakpoints.
  9. Illuminants (light/dark mode) — Fixed inconsistencies in illuminant handling across light and dark themes.
  10. Color Formulation Lab — JS fixes, bug repairs and improved error handling in the formulation workflows.
  11. Accessibility — ARIA updates, keyboard focus fixes, and improvements to screen-reader announcements.
  12. Converter UI — Visual and interaction fixes for the colour converter interfaces.
  13. Palette Visualizer Lab — UI bug fixes, style updates and improved keyboard/copy interactions.

3. Technical Notes

+
  • Split-screen: The split-screen improvements include location hash synchronization, resize observer fixes, and safe iframe communication using postMessage with an explicit origin allowlist.
  • CSP: CSP has been tightened to disallow unsafe-eval and reduce unsafe-inline where possible. A small set of trusted endpoints for analytics and embedding remain explicitly allowed.
  • Search: Stabilised tokenization and normalized query parsing so results are more consistent across content types.
  • Accessibility: Fixed focus traps, improved tab order, and added missing ARIA labels on dynamic widgets.

4. Rollback & Monitoring

+

The release was rolled out with canary verification and smoke tests. Monitoring and alerting are active for 72 hours. If you encounter regressions affecting production behaviour, contact platform operations to initiate a rollback.
