2. Full change list
+- Auric Studio consolidation — Merged the separate color, accessibility, and devtools extensions into a single Auric Studio product with capabilities loaded on demand and a unified finding model.
- Extension redesign — Redesigned the popup into a responsive sidebar layout that adapts cleanly between popup and Side Panel surfaces.
- Side Panel — Added a browser Side Panel surface so tools can stay open alongside the page being inspected.
- Universal pickers — Added pickers that upgrade native color, date, month, number, and time inputs across any page, with one master toggle enabling all of them.
- Custom context menu — Added a custom right-click context menu with shadow-isolated injected UI for on-page actions.
- Settings search — Added global search across extension settings for faster configuration.
- Analyzer A11y+ engine — Rebuilt the A11y+ tab on a 112-rule engine covering ARIA 1.2, accessible name computation, and APCA contrast, with an accessibility tree view, screen reader transcript, color vision deficiency simulation, and VPAT export.
- First-party analytics — Added consent-gated, first-party analytics so usage measurement stays on Auric Artisan infrastructure with no third-party trackers.
- Razorpay checkout — Added one-time payment checkout via Razorpay with server-side verification and webhook-driven fulfilment.
- VS Code extension 0.13.2 — Released version 0.13.2 of the VS Code color and accessibility intelligence extension.
3. Technical Notes
+- Extension architecture: One binary now serves popup and Side Panel surfaces; injected UI is shadow-DOM isolated so page styles cannot leak in either direction.
- Accessibility engine: The 112 rules load lazily so the Analyzer route stays within its performance budget.
- Analytics: Events are only recorded after consent and are stored first-party; no external analytics scripts are loaded.
- Payments: Checkout uses signed order verification and webhook fulfilment rather than trusting the client.
4. Testing & Quality
+This release includes expanded automated coverage: extension suite tests grew alongside the consolidation, the Analyzer gained a dedicated engine test suite, and the payment flow ships with a verification and webhook test suite plus end-to-end checkout validation.
5. How to Report Issues
+When filing an issue, please include: steps to reproduce, browser/OS, affected page or tool, screenshots or recordings, console logs where available, and whether the issue relates to the Auric Studio extension, the Analyzer A11y+ tab, analytics consent, checkout, or the VS Code extension.
