Eight thousand colours, measured.
Every sample carries all seven spaces, its perceptual metrics, what it scores against white and against black, how it reads under three kinds of colour blindness, and what it has been labelled. Filter on any of it.
Paste a colour in any format — hex, rgb(), hsl(),
hwb(), lab(), lch(), oklab(),
oklch(), color() or a CSS name. The atlas returns its
nearest catalogued neighbours, measured in CIE Lab, each carrying everything the
atlas knows — so you learn what your colour is before deciding whether to
keep it.
Ask for the job, not the coordinates. Each requirement carries the number it would leave behind, so the cost of asking for one more thing is visible before you ask for it.
Search by hex or id, or narrow by hue, lightness, chroma and the five label dimensions. Open any colour to see everything the atlas knows about it.
