## 1. Product

[Two or three sentences: what the product is, who uses it, and which parts this report covers, such as the web app, its emails, its documents and its help pages. Name anything left out, and why.]

## 2. Evaluation methods

- Evaluated by: [our own team / an external evaluator, [name of the organisation]], from [YYYY-MM-DD] to [YYYY-MM-DD].
- Sample: [the pages, screens and processes tested, or a link to the list]. [Each process in the sample was tested from start to finish.]
- Automated checks: [tool and version]. [A person confirmed each automated result before it went into this report.]
- Manual checks: [keyboard alone, text at 200%, reflow at 320 CSS pixels wide, text spacing, color contrast ...].
- Assistive technology: [screen reader, version, browser and operating system for each].
- Browsers and devices: [each, with versions].
- Not tested: [anything not covered, and why].

## 3. Summary

The results for the 55 success criteria in WCAG 2.2 at Level A and AA. [Count them from the Conformance level column of conformance-report.csv.]

| Conformance level | Level A | Level AA | Total |
|---|---|---|---|
| Supports | [0] | [0] | [0] |
| Partially Supports | [0] | [0] | [0] |
| Does Not Support | [0] | [0] | [0] |
| Not Applicable | [0] | [0] | [0] |
| Not Evaluated | [0] | [0] | [0] |
| Total | 31 | 24 | 55 |

[Two or three sentences for someone who reads nothing else: the most important gaps, who they affect, and when they will be fixed.]

## 4. Terms

Each row of the results uses one of these five conformance levels:

| Conformance level | What it means |
|---|---|
| Supports | The product meets the criterion wherever it applies, with no known failures. |
| Partially Supports | Some parts of the product meet the criterion and some do not. |
| Does Not Support | Most of the product does not meet the criterion. |
| Not Applicable | Nothing in the product is covered by the criterion, such as the captions criteria for a product with no audio or video. |
| Not Evaluated | Nobody has checked the product against the criterion yet. |

[Say how you decided between Partially Supports and Does Not Support, so that every row follows the same rule.]

Remarks and explanations: for every level except Supports, the remarks say what does not work and where, who it affects, any other way to complete the task, and when it will be fixed. For Not Applicable they say why the criterion does not apply; for Not Evaluated, why it was not checked and when it will be.

## 5. Results

The results are in conformance-report.csv: one row for each success criterion, in the order of WCAG 2.2, with the columns Criterion, Name, Level, Conformance level, and Remarks and explanations. 4.1.1 Parsing is not listed, because WCAG 2.2 removed it.

[If you send the report as one document, paste the table here.]

## 6. Limits of this report

- It describes the version named above, as evaluated on the dates given. Later releases may differ.
- It is only as good as the evaluation behind it. Each result reflects the sample that was tested; parts of the product outside the sample were not tested.
- It is not a WCAG conformance claim. A claim needs every page it names to meet every success criterion at the level, and must state its date, standard, level, pages and the technologies relied upon (WCAG 2.2, section 5).
- It is not legal advice, and it does not show that the product meets any law or contract.

## 7. Revision history
