Auric Artisan is built around a simple principle: tools should respect intelligence. We create color science tools, color-related articles and resources, web analysis utilities, theme generation tools, palette workflows, and visual simulations that help users understand what they are doing instead of hiding everything behind vague output.

The platform is designed for exploration, analysis, creative work, and learning. We aim to present capabilities clearly, avoid inflated claims, and make limitations visible wherever they matter.

We are committed to clearly documenting and communicating:

• What data we collect and why (see Privacy Policy)
• What our color tools, web analysis tools, theme generators, and simulations can and cannot do
• When outputs are estimates, heuristics, simulations, or exploratory models
• How submitted URLs, screenshots, metadata, palettes, generated themes, and reports may be processed
• Current platform availability, including features that are still under development
• Any changes to terms, pricing previews, account access, payments, or service availability

Outputs from Auric Artisan are designed to be useful, but they are not absolute guarantees. Color models, palette extraction, visual simulations, theme generation, and web analysis results may depend on browser behavior, device rendering, source material quality, network conditions, and implementation details.

Our web analysis tools may evaluate areas such as security signals, Lighthouse-like performance indicators, responsive design behavior, metadata, accessibility hints, palette extraction, and theme opportunities. These results are guidance only and are not certified security audits, official Lighthouse reports, legal compliance reviews, or guaranteed performance findings.

Auric Artisan may provide more than 70 vision simulation models and many color science models. These models are exploratory representations and may not match every individual viewer, display, lighting condition, or professional calibration workflow.

Where Auric Artisan uses automated systems, algorithmic analysis, machine learning, or AI-assisted tools, we aim to disclose that clearly in the relevant interface or documentation.

Automated outputs may support theme generation, visual analysis, palette extraction, web analysis, simulations, or explanatory content. These outputs should be reviewed by users before being relied on in design, development, accessibility, security, research, or publication workflows.

We do not present automated outputs as professional certification, medical advice, legal advice, security assurance, or guaranteed production guidance.

Auric Artisan may describe advertising or commercial models in policy pages or future planning materials, but we do not use public advertisements for behavioral profiling or hidden sponsorship.

• We do not currently use private user data for ad targeting
• We do not use behavioral profiling for advertising
• We do not mix advertising with tool outputs in a way that hides sponsorship
• If advertising is introduced later, sponsored content will be clearly distinguishable from platform content

Pricing information may appear on Auric Artisan for planning, roadmap communication, preview purposes, or active plans. Displayed plans or prices do not mean that payments, subscriptions, checkout, or paid account access are available unless a live checkout flow is clearly presented.

When paid services are offered, we aim to keep pricing clear and fair:

• No hidden fees or surprise charges
• Costs shown before purchase or subscription activation
• Clear separation between free, preview, and paid capabilities
• Advance notice where practical for material pricing or service changes

Auric Artisan operates as an independent platform. It is not a government entity, medical provider, certification body, standards authority, or official testing laboratory.

References to outside resources, standards, tools, or institutions are provided for informational purposes only. We do not present platform outputs as official public services, regulatory approvals, clinical decisions, or certified results.

We do not accept partnerships or arrangements that require compromising user privacy, data integrity, honest tool labeling, or editorial independence.

We are transparent about our responsibilities — and yours. Users are responsible for verifying Platform outputs, exercising their own judgment, and using the Platform within applicable laws and ethical standards.

• Use web analysis only for websites, systems, or assets you own or are authorized to test
• Do not treat web analysis as a replacement for professional security, accessibility, legal, or performance audits
• Do not treat color vision simulations or Ishihara-style outputs as medical diagnosis
• Review generated themes, palettes, reports, and exports before using them in production
• Respect intellectual property, privacy, and third-party website terms when submitting content or URLs

We continuously evaluate and improve our transparency practices as Auric Artisan evolves. This includes reviewing tool labels, model limitations, web analysis explanations, privacy notices, and policy wording as new features are added.

User feedback is welcome and taken seriously. If you believe any aspect of our tools, limits, pricing status, data handling, or communications lacks sufficient transparency, please contact us.

This Transparency & Ethics Policy may be updated periodically to reflect new tools, infrastructure changes, pricing status, legal requirements, or operational practices.

Material changes will be communicated through the Platform where practical. Continued use of Auric Artisan after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
