Acceptable Use Policy

Auric Artisan provides color tools, color science resources, articles, visual simulations, active web analysis, and theme generation tools. The Platform is designed for creative, technical, learning, and exploratory use.

Web analysis is an active Platform tool that may perform security-oriented checks, Lighthouse-like performance review, responsive design analysis, palette extraction, theme analysis, and other site-quality insights. These tools are intended to help users understand and improve websites, interfaces, and visual systems.

Auric Artisan also provides a large collection of color science models and more than 70 vision simulation models. Vision simulation outputs and Ishihara-style generated plates are informational and model-based.

• Color science exploration — Learning, comparing, and working with color models, palettes, visual systems, and related concepts
• Articles and educational resources — Reading, referencing, and using platform content for learning and informed creative work
• Creative production — Building palettes, generating themes, testing visual ideas, and creating design materials
• Theme generation — Creating, adjusting, and exporting themes for legitimate websites, apps, interfaces, and brand systems
• Web analysis — Reviewing websites for performance, responsiveness, accessibility-related signals, palette extraction, security posture indicators, and interface quality
• Authorized testing — Running analysis only on websites, pages, or assets you own, manage, or have clear permission to evaluate
• Exploratory research — Using simulations and tools for non-certified personal, academic, creative, or technical research

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable laws
• Using web analysis, security checks, or technical reports to attack, exploit, disrupt, or access systems without authorization
• Attempting to bypass, disable, or circumvent security controls, rate limits, access restrictions, or infrastructure protections
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, scraping, copying, or bulk extracting Platform services, models, data, or content without authorization
• Submitting websites, files, URLs, assets, or content that you do not have the right or permission to analyze
• Uploading malware, spam, deceptive content, harmful scripts, or illegal material
• Harassment, threats, hate speech, discriminatory conduct, impersonation, or abuse of communication features
• Misrepresenting Platform outputs as certified, medical-grade, legal, governmental, or safety-critical results
• Abusing free access, automated requests, or public endpoints in a way that degrades Platform stability

Web analysis is an active Platform tool that can surface technical observations across areas such as security configuration, performance, responsive design, palette extraction, theme structure, and user-interface quality. Results are provided as guidance for review and improvement, not as a guarantee of safety, compliance, or completeness.

• Authorization required — Analyze only websites and assets you own, manage, or are clearly authorized to test
• No intrusive activity — Do not use the Platform for exploitation, credential testing, vulnerability weaponization, denial-of-service activity, or unauthorized scanning
• No certified audit claim — Performance, accessibility, security, or compliance results must not be presented as certified audits unless independently verified by qualified professionals
• Respect third parties — Do not submit private URLs, restricted systems, paid content, confidential assets, or third-party materials without permission
• Use responsibly — Treat findings as guidance for review, improvement, and learning, not as final proof of compliance or safety

Auric Artisan includes many vision simulation models, color perception tools, and an Ishihara-style generator. The Ishihara-style generator is an informational-only tool for exploration, education, visual comparison, and design awareness.

• Vision simulations are model-based approximations and may not represent every person’s real visual experience
• Ishihara-style generated plates are informational only and are not real medical-grade Ishihara plates
• Do not use these tools to diagnose, screen, certify, or make medical decisions
• For clinical, occupational, or medical needs, consult qualified professionals and certified testing systems

If communication, collaboration, sharing, feedback, or workspace features are available, users must maintain respectful and lawful conduct.

• Do not share abusive, misleading, discriminatory, illegal, or harmful content
• Do not impersonate Auric Artisan, staff, partners, public institutions, or other users
• Do not use shared spaces to spam, phish, harass, manipulate, or collect data without consent

Features may be limited, unavailable, or changed while the Platform infrastructure is under development.

Users are responsible for all content, URLs, palettes, themes, files, text, images, or other materials they submit, upload, analyze, generate, or share through the Platform.

• You must have the rights or permission needed to submit or analyze the content
• User content must not violate intellectual property, privacy, publicity, confidentiality, or legal rights
• Generated outputs should be reviewed before use in public, commercial, professional, or production contexts
• You are responsible for how you interpret, modify, publish, or rely on Platform outputs

Auric Artisan may display pricing pages, plan information, account features, or billing screens. Paid subscriptions and commercial access apply only where an official checkout flow is active and clearly presented; pricing pages alone are not an invitation to misuse, bypass, or probe billing systems.

Where access is available, Auric Artisan may investigate misuse and take action to protect the Platform, users, and third parties, including:

• Limiting, throttling, blocking, or disabling access
• Removing content or requests that violate this policy
• Suspending account access where account systems are enabled
• Reporting illegal activity to appropriate authorities when required or appropriate

Enforcement actions may be taken without prior notice when needed to protect security, availability, legal compliance, or user safety.

If you encounter behavior, content, URLs, generated output, or activity that may violate this policy, please report it through our contact page or official support channels.

Reports may be reviewed and handled based on severity, available information, and technical feasibility.

This Acceptable Use Policy may be updated periodically to reflect changes to Auric Artisan’s tools, infrastructure, pricing status, web analysis capabilities, simulations, or legal requirements.

Material changes may be communicated through the Platform where practical. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated policy.
