Key Points
- Platform access is a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license
- User-created outputs such as palettes, themes, reports, exports, and simulations remain yours
- Web analysis tools may only be used for websites or assets you own or are authorized to test
- Ishihara-style generator outputs are exploratory and do not replace medical-grade Ishihara plates
- Account, API, export, and paid features are licensed only for legitimate use under these terms
- Platform code, branding, design systems, and proprietary models remain Auric Artisan intellectual property

The Platform includes color science tools, color-related articles and learning resources, theme generation tools, web analysis tools, vision simulation models, color science models, and related exploratory utilities.
This license does not transfer ownership of Auric Artisan software, interface design, brand assets, proprietary models, documentation, or underlying systems.
2. Current Access Status
+Auric Artisan is actively evolving. Pricing pages, account systems, API access, or subscription features may be available in some deployments and unavailable in others depending on operational readiness, region, and feature rollout.
Paid access, API access, or subscription features are governed by the applicable terms available at the time those services are offered and accepted.
3. Restrictions
+Under this license, you may not:
- Copy, reproduce, redistribute, or resell any part of the Platform
- Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to extract proprietary models or source code
- Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract Platform data, tools, designs, or documentation without permission
- Sublicense, lease, rent, or commercially resell access to the Platform
- Remove, alter, or obscure proprietary notices, branding, or attribution
- Use the Platform to build a directly competing product by copying its interface, workflow, datasets, or proprietary logic
- Use web analysis tools against websites, systems, or assets you do not own or are not authorized to test

4. Tool-Specific Output Rights
+Outputs you create through Auric Artisan tools are generally yours to use, subject to these terms and any third-party rights that may apply to materials you provide.
- Color science tools — Generated palettes, charts, values, comparisons, and visualizations may be used by the creator
- Theme generation — Generated themes, color systems, tokens, and design exports are user-created outputs
- Web analysis — Generated reports, findings, palette extraction results, responsive observations, and performance-style summaries belong to the user who requested them
- Vision simulations — Simulation outputs are exploratory models and may be used for design understanding, accessibility planning, and learning
- Ishihara-style generator — Generated plates are exploratory visual outputs only and are not a substitute for real medical-grade Ishihara plates or clinical color vision testing
- Articles and learning materials — Auric Artisan-authored articles, explanations, and documentation remain protected Platform content unless otherwise stated
5. Web Analysis Use
+Auric Artisan may provide web analysis capabilities such as security-oriented checks, Lighthouse-like performance review, responsive design review, palette extraction, theme inspection, metadata review, and related website diagnostics.
You may only use these tools on websites, pages, code, or digital assets that you own, manage, or have clear authorization to test. You are responsible for ensuring that any submitted URL, code, or asset can be lawfully analyzed.
6. User-Generated Content
+Content you create, provide, upload, paste, generate, export, or analyze through the Platform remains your intellectual property, subject to any rights held by third parties.
This may include palettes, themes, generated visual assets, web analysis reports, extracted color data, screenshots, notes, code snippets, simulation outputs, and exported files.
7. Exports and Usage Responsibility
+Content exported from the Platform is the user’s responsibility. Auric Artisan is not liable for how exports are used, distributed, modified, or interpreted after leaving the Platform.
Generated outputs may depend on browser rendering, source materials, mathematical models, approximations, device settings, or third-party webpage behavior. Users should verify results before relying on them in production or professional contexts.
Medical, legal, regulatory, safety-critical, accessibility, and security decisions should be reviewed by qualified professionals where appropriate.
8. Open-Source Software
