About XYZ D50
This is XYZ relative to the D50 white point, the one print and ICC color management use, and the one CSS lab() and lch() are built on. sRGB's D65 values are adapted to D50 with the Bradford transform.
How this page writes it
- Written to five decimal places; reads color(xyz-d50 …).
Watch for
- D50 and D65 values differ even for white: the reference is paper under D50 light, not a D65 screen.
